Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998 — Specified Organisations — 9 Jul 2008 at 19:27

The majority of MPs voted in favour of the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998 (Specified Organisations) Order 2008 which was made under the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998 and replaced a list of Terrorist that was given in the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998 (Specified Organisations) Order 2005

Comparing the two lists, it appears that The Ulster Volunteer Force, and The Red Hand Commando are taken off, and Óglaigh na hEireann is added to the list, but you'd never know without somehow managing to dig out these obscure documents, owing to the generally terse obfuscation of Parliamentary motions, like the meaning of them isn't actually important to tell anyone.
