I beg to move amendment 114, page 12, line 38, leave out

'a copy of the treaty'

I beg to move amendment 1, page 12, leave out lines 41 and 42 and insert-

'(c) both Houses of Parliament have resolved that the treaty should be ratified.'.

Question put, That the amendment be made.
