The majority of MPs voted to introduce fees (at the rates proposed in the order) for an employment tribunal claim, or an appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
The motion approved by the majority of MPs was:
- That the draft Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal Fees Order 2013, which was laid before this House on 24 April 2013, in the last Session of Parliament, be approved.
