The majority of MPs voted to put in place a harmonised regulatory framework for alternative investment funds not already within the scope of European regulation.
The motion approved by the majority of MPs was:
- That the draft Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013, which were laid before this House on 10 June, be approved.
