Draft Cross-Border Mediation (EU Directive) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 — 18 Feb 2019 at 20:23
The majority of MPs voted to repeal European Union derived laws on mediation of cross-border disputes on civil and commercial matters and to treat all disputes involving overseas third parties in the same way.
Transitional provisions for cases in progress are included in the regulations passed.
