54: Schedule 3, page 47, line 26, at end insert-“(2A) After sub-paragraph (1)(b) insert-“(c) one person appointed to membership of the CMA Board by each of- (i) the Scottish Ministers,(ii) the Welsh Ministers, and(iii) the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland.””Member’s explanatory statementThis amendment provides for each of the devolved administrations to appoint a member to the CMA Board.
