6: After Clause 2, insert the following new Clause-“Devolution of Crown Estate management to WalesAfter section 1 of the Crown Estate Act 1961, insert-“1A Devolution of Crown Estate management to WalesThe Treasury must complete a transfer of the responsibility of the management of the Crown Estate in Wales to the Welsh Government.””Member's explanatory statementThis amendment would require the Government to devolve Welsh Crown Estate responsibility to Wales.
