Academies Bill — Clause 16 — Pre-commencement applications etc — 26 Jul 2010 at 20:45
The majority of MPs voted to treat applications from schools seeking academy status received before the bill comes into force as if they were applications under the provisions of the bill.
The division was on if Clause 16 should stand part of the Bill.
