The majority of MPs voted to ensure Parliamentary oversight of UK Green Investment Bank PLC's objects; to enable the Bank to receive financial assistance from the Secretary of State; and to impose reporting and publication requirements on the Bank.
The motion approved by the majority of MPs was:
- That the draft Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (Designation of the UK Green Investment Bank) Order 2013, which was laid before this House on 17 July, be approved.
