110: Clause 188, page 177, line 23, leave out “which is a large organisation”Member’s explanatory statementThis amendment, together with the amendment to leave out Clause 190, would remove the exemption for organisations that are not “large organisations” from the failure to prevent regime so that there are no exemptions, although the statutory defence will apply to all organisations.
