Before Clause 1, insert the following new clause-
:TITLE3:"Part A1
:TITLE3:UK ENERGY STRATEGY; SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF SUPPLY
"SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF SUPPLY
The Secretary of State shall have a duty to ensure the integrity and security of electricity and gas supply."
