After Clause 112, insert the following new clause-
"PARISH COUNCILS (MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT) ORDER 2001
(1) The Parish Councils (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/3576) shall cease to have effect.
(2) This section shall come into effect on the day on which this Act is passed."
