Text Introducing Division:

The next question is, that amendment S2M-329.2, in the name of Robert Brown, which seeks to amend motion S2M-329, in the name of John Swinney, on the treatment of asylum seekers in Scotland, be agreed to. I have to point out that, if this amendment is agreed to, the following amendment will be pre-empted. Are we agreed on the amendment?

No.

There will be a division.
