188A: Clause 89, page 61, line 33, at end insert-“(10A) Within 60 days of this section coming into force, a Minister of the Crown must publish a review in to the impact of this section on offenders who have been sentenced to a non-custodial sentence.”Member's explanatory statementThis amendment means that a Minister must review the impact of restrictions on legal aid on those who receive non-custodial sentences.
