21 Clause 22, page 13, line 15, leave out "(other than a development plan document)"

The Commons disagree to this amendment for the following reason-

21A Because it is not consistent with measures to speed up the plan making process.

rose to move Amendment No. 21B, as an amendment to the Motion that this House do not insist on its Amendment No. 21 to which the Commons have disagreed for their reason numbered 21A, leave out "not".
