Digital Economy Bill — OFCOM to promote investment in electronic communications networks — 1 Mar 2010 at 16:49
The majority of Lords voted for retaining the additional powers of OFCOM "to promote appropriate levels of investment in electronic communications networks" from the Digital Economy Bill (clause 1).
This was similar to the Lords Division on 6 January to keep the entire clause.
