Banking (Special Provisions) Bill — Month or year sunset clause — 21 Feb 2008 at 12:49
The majority of Lords voted against changing the duration of powers to nationalize banks provided by Banking (Special Provisions) Bill[1] from one year[2] to one month.[3]
This was the same as the earlier vote in the House of Commons.[4]
