31: Clause 19, page 21, line 37, at end insert-“( ) After subsection (3) insert- “(3A) The Secretary of State must ensure the collection and annual release of statistics on-(a) the religion, and(b) the ethnicity,of identified individuals referred under subsection (2).””

32: Clause 19, page 22, line 2, at end insert-“(8) The Secretary of State must, within the period of 6 months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed, make arrangements for an independent review and report on the Government strategy for supporting people vulnerable to being drawn into terrorism.(9) The report and any recommendations of the review under subsection (8) must be laid before both Houses of Parliament within the period of 18 months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.(10) The laying of the report and recommendations under subsection (9) must be accompanied by a statement by the Secretary of State responding to each recommendation made as part of the independent review.”
