Draft Tax Credits, Child Benefit and Guardian’s Allowance Up-rating Regulations 2022 — 2 Mar 2022 at 19:29
The majority of MPs voted to increase the rates of various tax credits and benefits, including Child Benefit, Working Tax Credits and related payments, by 3.1% in line with inflation as measured by the Consumer Prices Index.
The motion supported by the majority of MPs in this vote was:
- That the draft Tax Credits, Child Benefit and Guardian’s Allowance Up-rating Regulations 2022, which were laid before this House on 17 January, be approved.
