Finance Bill — New Clause 5 — Inheritance Tax: Mitigation of Double Charges — 6 Jul 2005 at 15:45
The Inheritance Tax (Delivery of Accounts) (Excepted Estates) Regulations 2004 (S.I., 2004, No. 2543) are amended as follows:— "Regulations 6,7,8,9 and 10 shall cease to have effect in respect of a person who dies on or after 31st July 2005."
